Delivery & Returns

Your order will normally be sent within 48 hours.  Please allow 3-5 days for delivery.  If there is likely to be a delay in despatch, we will contact you first.

We do our best to maintain stock levels but on occasion an item may be out of stock. You will not be charged for this item and as we do not presently operate a back-order system, you will need to re-order the item at a later date – keep checking the site for stock information. New items are difficult to restock at short notice, particularly as much of our stock is from abroad and so we in turn are relying on suppliers, freight companies and the like.

Your order will be sent out properly packaged and we cannot accept liability for items damaged in transit. Damage should be reported to the Post Office and it is a good idea to photograph visibly damaged packaging before you open it.

Goods that are faulty or not as described can, of course, be returned. Please contact us for a return authorisation number. We are unable to accept the return of goods for any other reason.
